for all the
time and patience you have shown since ‘keep fit’ started over a
year ago. I know that I have benefited (never knew I had so many
hidden muscles). I look forward to our friendly workouts. The
satisfaction in knowing that with your help, I’m staying in
reasonable shape (within the limits of old age).
We
have
particularly
valued the chair based exercises. These exercises have proved most
beneficial to us both and to the other participants some of whom were
unable to rise from their chairs when they started the exercises, but
are now able to do so unaided.
I
would like
to tell
you how much I appreciate the team – the Parish Nurse, if I need
any advice etc. and the support worker who takes the exercise classes
and is a Soul Mate not only bathing my poorly feet but praying with
me.
I
have been
doing Chair
Based Exercises since 3/10/07, and am very satisfied with the
progress made since then. I do the exercises every day, yes really.
At 86 I do not expect to enter for the next Olympics (!) but value my
enhanced feeling of mobility nowadays.
I
would like
to express
my thanks for the help I have received from attending the chair based
exercise classes. I have less pain in my back and getting up from a
chair is easier.
